With a lot of encouragement from my partner Mike—and plenty of willing taste-testers among friends and family—I started baking more often, trying new recipes, and refining each loaf. Before long, baking became more than just a hobby; it became something I truly looked forward to sharing. JohnnyBakes is the result of that journey.
