“BEHIND THE BAKING I'm the head baker, photographer, communications director, dish washer and content creator ( I think you get the point) behind Iron Rose Baking Co. Baking began as a simple hobby and, through a little bit of magic (and a lot of butter!), has now blossomed into this full-blown business. My passion is poured into every single order and it's the support of our strong local community that truly keeps this dream alive.
