“Humble Bread began with a love of baking and a desire to feed our family well. Today, we bake the same nourishing bread for you that we serve at our own table. We use organic grains, grass-fed dairy, filtered water, and healthy oils (no seed oils) in everything we make. Our sourdough is long fermented for better flavor and easier digestibility. Our home-based bakery is based in Ada, MN.”
