Honey Holler Farmstand's baked goods are rooted in tradition and patience, with naturally leavened sourdough made in small batches using simple, quality ingredients. Each loaf is slow-fermented to develop deep flavor, an open crumb, and a crust meant to be torn and shared—celebrating the craft of real bread and the comfort of food made by hand. I use real ingredients that range from organic unbleached flour, organic pure vanilla extract that comes from a homestead right over the town line, to fresh eggs straight from my chicken coop. I’m just simply in love with the slow fermentation process of sourdough, and I’m so excited to share what I create with all of you.
