“Hello! My name is Dana and I own/operate a Micro Bakery in Cedar Creek, Texas. I specialize in artisan sourdough bread and baked goods. All items are made with organic ingredients (unless otherwise noted), are long/cold fermented, made with clean ingredients, fresh pasture raised chicken or duck eggs and I always use non toxic bakeware. My family and I raise Goats, Rabbits, Chickens and Ducks. I follow all Texas Cottage Law rules, have my food handlers cert and I am registered with DSHS. (TX DSHS #98)”
