“Hi! I'm Gina - founder of Gina's Heavenly Goodies! I am a one woman shop, home based business operating out of my kitchen. ​ Baking is my comfort and my zen. Instead of yoga, I bake! I have always loved baking and jump at the chance to do so whenever I have the chance. Over the past several years, I have brought in my baked goods to work for my co-workers to enjoy. ​ My family and friends eagerly are always willing to try my new creations and combinations of flavors I would come up with. ​ After being told by so many people that I was talented and should open a business, I finally decided to take a leap of faith. Having my own baking business has always been a dream of mine. Thanks to Minnesota passing The Cottage Food Law in 2015, I was able to put my dream into motion.”
