“When I was a kid growing up in Northern Minnesota, we had two large crab apple trees in our backyard. My mom would send us out to pick the crabs and she would make jelly. Lots and lots of jelly! We ate that delicious crab apple jelly all winter long and looked forward to the smells, sounds, and commotion of her making it again the next season. ​ As they say, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree! Fresh From Joan's Kitchen has been selling homemade jelly since 2016. Crab Apple Jelly and Hot Pepper Jelly are both Minnesota State Fair award winners. The baked goods are created with the finest and freshest ingredients, and are absolutely delicious!”
