“Hi! I'm Heather, the baker behind Enstrom Acres Homestead. We are a hobby homestead and micro-bakery in Bagley, Minnesota serving sourdough breads and other baked goods, farm fresh eggs and veggies to our community! I have been baking for as long as I can remember and have always loved it, so getting to bake for my own family and our little local farm community has been the greatest blessing!”
