“Anchor Pastries was established in 2019 as its name wasn't what it is now, as a small business we grow and realize what works for us and what doesn't and for us the name was one of those. The Anchor stands for strength and family as if it wasn't the support of my little family my business wouldn't be where it is today, as of the pastry part I do more than just cakes. I love challenges and new trends I love being creative, but most importantly I love baking.”
