“Hi, I’m Dallas! I run a small home bakery, sharing fresh handmade goods from our little farmstand in Eagle Point. I use as many organic ingredients as possible, and every loaf contains fresh milled flour using a stone-ground flour mill, milled right here in our kitchen. All fresh milled flour is used within 24 hours of milling to help preserve maximum flavor and nutrients.”
