I locate local ingredients and my flavors rotate according to what is in seasonally. I offer pick ups at our Homestead Bakery in North Branch, MN as well as at the Cambridge Farmers Market. I also cater special events and work other markets and fairs. I am working on getting my certificate as a Holistic Nutritionalist and have many years of experience and training in using diet/food/nutrition to heal chronic disease. I work closely with some midwives on the nutritional side of infertility, pregnancy and postpartum. I also have a lot of experience in food allergies and healing the body, gut and immune system.”
