“Burnt basque cheesecake is a crustless, custardy smooth cheesecake, with a very caramelized “burnt” top. By Charis’ version is a classic vanilla cheesecake, baked in a loaf pan which makes it perfect for slicing and sampling at holiday get togethers! There is a small amount of flour used which I have substituted for fermented flour aka sourdough.”
