“When my Little one was born, I realized I couldn’t find the kind of good, simple, and tasty bread I grew up with in Europe—bread made with minimal ingredients, the kind I wanted to give my baby. That search led me to learn how to bake my own bread, something I could happily share with my family and community. And that’s how Bare Bread was born! I’m now a Certified Cottage Food Baker, making and selling fresh sourdough bread to order right here in Estrella Mountain Ranch! I’d be honored to bake for you!”
