About their shop
“The word companion literally means “with bread.” Thus, a companion is someone with whom you break bread. At Companion Breads it is our joy to create hearty hearth baked breads for you to share with family and friends. We produce a mix of naturally leavened (sourdough) and yeasted breads, using locally grown and milled grain. All bread is baked in our wood-fired brick oven in Mahtomedi, Minnesota.”
