“Hello everyone. My name is Robert. I started to learn about Sourdough back in December of 2025 to impress a girl. I spent every day for months working on the process and working out my recipe. I gave sample loaves to friends and coworkers and have them give their feedback so that I could improve. Overtime I was asked many times if I had plans to sell the bread and eventually I decided to do that. I really enjoy making the bread and the process. I am continually learning and researching the process and tinkering on my recipe. I use very high quality ingredients although there are only a few. I use a 5 stage water filtration for the water. The bread is a high protein bread flour that is usually about 14.2-14.4%. I use the Himalayan pink salt. Feel free to send me requests for future orders or feedback. If you have any suggestions for inclusion flavors I am opening to hear those. A customer recently suggested cranberry and orange and I'm glad they did; it might be one of my new favorites. I'm trying to keep prices low as a new store promo. As of June 1st some of the prices will go up. The regular sourdough with stay the same while the sourdough with inclusions will go up to $14. I'm working on getting some equipment so I can produce more loaves down the line. I plan to add some additional menu items as well such as protein energy bites, cookies, and maybe some misc kitchen items. Thank you all for all your support!”
