“I graduated from culinary school many years ago and I have always had a passion for creating wonderful, eatable works of art. When I pursued my nursing career I knew on day one I would be able to use both degrees one day. My background as a pastry chef gives me the skills and knowledge needed to create delicious and creative breads and baked goods that bring joy to my customers. By combining my two passions, I am able to create healthier items while fulfilling and rewarding career for myself while sharing my love for baking with others.”
