We offer fresh, wild-fermented, sourdough breads and baked goods, utilizing a slow method to craft each loaf and treat. This ensures optimal nutrition, taste, and digestibility for proper gut health! No commercial yeast is added to our products, allowing the bread to rise slowly while creating the best taste and texture. Our rustic, artisan loaves ferment for a minimum of 36-48 hours, and all other products ferment for a minimum of 24 hours or more. We use only the highest quality ingredients in all of our products, some of which come from right here on our homestead. Ingredients are all-natural, organic and/or grassfed and pasture-raised. No seed oils are used ever.”
